- Replacements are subject to verification of the issue by our quality team.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and repacked securely for return pickup.
- In some cases, a technician visit or video inspection may be required before approval.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.

- Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or self-modification.
- Minor color or texture variation due to natural wood or screen display differences.
- Delays caused by third-party courier services.
